Concept Strategy & Implementation: To gain traction for the DTH Television brand across the country through a wide range of BTL media leveraging the wide reach and popularity of the movie URI: The Surgical strike around Republic Day correlating the brand name 'Independent'.
In-cinema promotions: Co-branded TVC across 3000 + screens in India. Challenges: Budget was a limitation for use of ATL. Using the wide reach of a movie among all sections of audiences, the brand was collaborated with a movie. Hence cinema was the primary medium used for promotion.
Outcome: The relatively unknown brand was able to gain visibility through the wide BTL media used in the promotion resulting in lot of inquiries and conversions.

Activity Coverage: Delhi-NCR
Period of Activity: 10 Days
Marketing Objective: Client wanted to launch their new shoe, 'Metaride' and people to physically experience the shoe based on the fact that high-touch physical and seamless Omni channel experiences are critical for modern retailing.
Concept Strategy & Implementation: Gravitaas created a resemblance of a Pop-Up store on a Canter where showcased different variants of ASICS shoes with the key highlight being their new brand 'Metaride'. The TG being the "Runners", we strategically positioned the Canter near all the Joggers parks in Delhi NCR to connect to the right TG. In order to encourage joggers to wear the shoe, a treadmill was set up on Canter where they could run and experience the comfort and flexibility of the shoe.
Challenges: Consumers being money rich and time poor these days and considering there are multiple touchpoints for purchase, it was a challenge to hold on the consumer's attention. Considering Pop-Up stores being the new trend to capture foot traffic, we advised ASICS to allow consumers, both young and old to see, touch and feel the product before visiting a store or buying online.
Outcome: The relatively new brand in India was able to gain traction especially from all segments of their TG-young, old and women.
Brand Name: Space World
Activity Coverage: Delhi
Period of Activity: 3 Days for Exhibition & 1 Day for Networking Dinner
Marketing Objective: Client was participating in the India Mobile Congress for it to be recognized and get exposure in their industry along with networking. Since they were one of the sponsors, they got the opportunity to host a gala networking dinner for all influencers in the event for the purpose of networking.
Concept Strategy & Implementation: Gravitaas was given the mandate to design and fabricate the stall along with designing and printing of all marketing collaterals. The design of the stall needed to express the nature of their business, hence a cut out replica of the Delhi Metro was created as Metros is thrust sector for them. Lounges, catering facilities along with meeting room were created in the Stall so that meetings could take place inside the stall itself. Gravitaas was also given the task of managing the digital media for promoting the client's participation.
For the networking dinner, Gravitaas was given the mandate to prepare the stage set up, design the backdrop, all branding collaterals, event invite & e-mailer, light and sound arrangements and arrange for the evening entertainment by organizing a live band performance.
Challenges: The client had decided to promote themselves in such a massive scale and they had high expectations from Gravitaas especially when they didn't have an in-house marketing manager. Hence, Gravitaas became their extended marketing arm by conceptualizing, planning & branding of the entire exhibition stall including creating the content and design for the branding and marketing collateral's. Creating a replica of the Delhi Metro in practically the actual size was a real challenge. Managing the guests entry in the lounges was a real challenge as everyone wanted to sit there for leisure as these were meeting rooms for discussions. For the Networking Dinner, ensuring guest entry was a major challenge as there was similar parallel event in the adjoining hall.
Outcome: The client was extremely satisfied with our speed, accuracy and quality of our work that they have expressed their desire to appoint us as their associate business partner for all their marketing promotion. The client sent an appreciation mail complementing our team work, coordination, execution excellence, commitment and passion.
Brand Name: Make My Trip
Activity Coverage: Palladium Mall, Mumbai
Period of Activity: 2 Months
Marketing Objective: Client wanted to generate leads for their Travel Offers by interacting with visitors at the Mall to inform them of the offers.
Concept Strategy & Implementation: Gravitaas was given the mandate to design and fabricate the stall with graphics of exciting travel destinations and seating area for MakeMyTrip Staff to sit and interact with prospective customers.
Challenges: The space was limited and the design and set up had to be minimalistic yet with an attractive branding and aesthetic appeal. The Mall permission came in very late and Gravitaas had to design the stall, design the graphics and fabricate the stall in the minimum time frame.
Outcome: The client was satisfied with our design, execution of our idea and appointed us as their on-ground promotion activation partner and even recommended us to their business associates.
Brand Name: Sohan Coppertech Pvt. Ltd.
Activity Coverage: ELECRAMA, India Expo Mart, Greater Noida
Period of Activity: 5 Days
Marketing Objective: Client was participating in Elecrama 2020, the largest exhibition on electricity for it to showcase their brand, talk about their product and get inquiries from manufacturers of copper cables and wires.
Concept Strategy & Implementation: Gravitaas was given the mandate to design and fabricate the 27 sqm stall for the exhibition which conveys their brand attributes, follow their corporate identity, highlight their group strengths, product features, manufacturing standards and technological capability. Efficient use of space, element design, simplicity and openness were the key elements while designing and building the stall.
Challenges: The stall space was limited and the design and set up had to be minimalistic yet with an attractive branding and aesthetic appeal. The Client did want to experiment too much on the design of the branding collaterals which restricted our creative ability. Also since they were the manufacturers of Copper, the raw material in making copper wires and cable, displaying the raw form of copper would not have added any value to the end user. Time was a constraint as the brief came quite late and though we created an entire new sets of creatives, they were not willing to adopt the changes.
Outcome: The client was satisfied with our design, execution of our idea and approved our recommended design of the stall in one go without making changes.
